If you are near the Pinellas beaches during the day, I recommend Indian Shores Coffee. It's quiet enough to get some work done. The owners don't talk your ear off and the low soundtrack of obscure Euro-Pop and blues is a good vibe. They are also the only place in Florida that uses Intelligentsia coffee, which is worth the drive by itself.
